Frontrunn3rs is in its third year running from 2005 to now,

Deaf International Youth Leadership training programme. 14 Deaf participants come from 11 countries all over the world, with three furthest, they are India, Brazil and Tanzania and the rest are from Europe. Our motto of this course is to “change the world” in both local and global scale.
